Make My Appointment

What is Pelvic Floor Therapy?

It’s time to trust your body again.

“It’s normal to leak after you have a baby.”

“Just wear a pad.”

“The pain will go away if you ignore it.’”

Say goodbye to...

  • Crossing your legs every time you sneeze
  • Being fearful of intimacy
  • Running to the bathroom when you get the urge to pee

Say hello to...

  • Feeling a strong core and pelvic floor
  • A care plan specific for you
  • The confidence to return to exercise

Meet Dr. Brittany

Dr. Brittany has been a physical therapist for over 6 years, specializing in pelvic floor therapy 3 years ago. She treats both men and women for whatever pelvic floor symptoms arise. She loves getting to know each and every one of her patients individually and wants to ensure each patient meets their goals. She tries her best to make each session comfortable, lighthearted, and fun, even though some topics can be uncomfortable to talk about.

When not at work, she spends time with her husband and two wild boys. She enjoys camping, fishing, and anything outdoors!

What Our

Patients Say

What Our Patients Say

This isn’t your typical healthcare.

Got Questions?

Do you take insurance?

We’re out-of-network, which lets us focus on what’s best for you—not what insurance will cover. You can still submit for reimbursement and we can provide any relevant paperwork you need to do so. We gladly accept FSA/HSA cards.

What if I also have back pain?

Double reason to come in! We regularly treat other bodily issues including neck, back, and shoulder pain, hip and knee dysfunction, chronic pain, and many others. Interestingly enough, low back pain can often times be caused by pelvic floor tension!

Do you perform dry needling?

Yes! Along with cupping, taping, and other manual release techniques, dry needling is often times used in pelvic floor therapy to help promote better tissue quality and facilitate the healing process to get you feeling better!

How many visits will I need?

Most patients see significant changes in 6–8 visits. After that, many patients may choose to come back for monthly maintenance.
