Our Team

Jori C

APN-FPA

After almost two decades between emergency rooms, pediatrics, and even helicopter response, Jori started her own practice where healthcare is simple. She founded CMR Medical with the vision of patients walking away from the doctor’s office genuinely feeling heard, understood, and effectively treated. When she’s not in the office, Jori can be found in the CrossFit or powerlifting gym, or at home with her family and two dogs.

Jori received her RN from Joliet Junior College in 2004, her BSN from Benedictine University in 2008, and her MSN from University of Southern Indiana in 2012.

Randi T

BSN, RN

Prior to CMR, Randi spent most of her career working with cancer patients doing chemotherapy infusions. During this time she was able to practice and perfect her IV skills. Working in oncology was extremely rewarding; however, it became frustrating watching patients struggle to navigate the traditional medical system. Randi joined the CMR team with a passion for the integrative approach, and helping patients live their happiest and healthiest lives. When she is not providing our patients with IV infusions or semaglutide, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family or listening to live music.

Randi received her ADN from Waubonsee Community College in 2014, and her BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2016.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is integrative medicine?

Integrative medicine is a more holistic way to approach healthcare. It still encompasses mainstream medicine if needed, but also incorporates naturopathic and homeopathic medicine, and focuses on prevention of health issues or healing the root cause of disease and illness rather than just treating symptoms.

What do we typically treat?

We often work with patients on health optimization, illness prevention, gut dysfunction, hormone issues, inflammation problems, thyroid disease, weight problems, food sensitivities, and micronutrient deficiencies.

Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?

Please bring:

  • Your insurance card
  • A list of any medications you are taking with the dose included.
    • If you are taking supplements, you can bring in the bottle or take a picture of the ingredients, as all supplements are made differently.
  • A copy of any recent labs completed in the last 6 months.

If your appointment is in the morning, please try to fast before your appointment (no food or drink 8–10 hours prior). You may drink water or black coffee. If fasting does not work for you on the day of your appointment, we can pick a time that works best for you to return for labs.

What is your pricing?

Pricing varies based on what kind of appointment you have.

  • New Patient First Visit
    • 60 minutes – $395
  • Lab Follow-Up (Based on complexity of lab results. Your provider will direct.)
    • 30 minutes – $205
    • 45 minutes – $285
    • 60 minutes – $395
  • Existing Patient Follow-Up, Illness Visit, Child Simple New Patient, Child Wellness Visit
    • 30 minutes – $205

Do you take insurance?

We are not in network with insurance. Without worrying about an insurance company dictating your care, you and your provider will decide the treatment plan that is best for you, not just “what they will cover.” Because we are not in network with insurance, we cannot directly work with insurance carriers.

Additionally, when using insurance, we are limited by time constraints. Our ability to get to the root cause of your health concerns and conditions is directly correlated to the amount of time we are able to spend together talking and teaching our patients how they can change their health outcomes.
