What will we do in therapy?
No need to be nervous! We will talk about all of your symptoms first and then decide what treatment approach would be best for you. Most of the time we are focusing on either manual therapy for muscle relaxation or strengthening for better stability. We also discuss any necessary life style modifications or different things to try at home.
Other tools we can use during therapy to meet our goals are dry needling and cupping, these can be used for pain, muscle tightness, or even bowel dysfunction!

What Our Patients Say
This isn’t your typical healthcare.
We’re not here to rush you in and out.

What is fascia, and why does it cause pain?
Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around and through every muscle in your body. When it becomes restricted — from injury, surgery, repetitive movement, or years of compensating for something — it stops gliding the way it should. That restriction shows up as stiffness, tightness, or pain that stretching and rest never quite resolve. Treating the fascia addresses the cause rather than chasing the symptom.therapy is when fluids are administered directly into the bloodstream through a vein. This works faster than oral hydration (drinking water) and oral medication, allowing for faster relief and results.
What does a treatment session actually feel like?
You’ll feel focused, hands-on pressure on the areas we’re working. Most people describe it as intense but productive — the kind of pressure that feels like it’s finally reaching the thing that’s been bothering them. We check in with you throughout and adjust. This is not a relaxation massage, and it shouldn’t be sharp or unbearable. Tell us what you’re feeling and we’ll work within it.therapy is when fluids are administered directly into the bloodstream through a vein. This works faster than oral hydration (drinking water) and oral medication, allowing for faster relief and results.
Will I be sore afterward?
Some people feel mild soreness for a day or so, similar to how you’d feel after a good workout. Others walk out feeling looser right away. Both are normal. We’ll tell you what to expect for your specific treatment and what to do at home — usually hydration, gentle movement, and skipping a hard training session that same day.therapy is when fluids are administered directly into the bloodstream through a vein. This works faster than oral hydration (drinking water) and oral medication, allowing for faster relief and results.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Many people feel more range of motion the same day. Lasting change usually takes more than one visit, because we’re retraining tissue that’s been restricted for a while — often years. What we won’t do is string you along. After your first visit you’ll have a clear sense of what we’re solving, roughly how long it should take, and how you’ll know it’s working.therapy is when fluids are administered directly into the bloodstream through a vein. How many visits will I need?
Treatment plans often involve 5–8 visits. After that, many patients choose monthly maintenance.
Can you help after surgery or with serious injuries?
Yes. Unless you currently have a major fracture or complete tear, we can likely help. Not sure? Book a free injury consultation and we’ll assess it together.
Do you treat chronic pain?
Absolutely. We regularly treat chronic issues like plantar fasciitis, herniated discs, and migraines — with real hope and real results.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something comfortable you can move in — athletic clothes work well. If we’re treating legs or hips, shorts help; for shoulders or upper back, a tank top or t-shirt. Coming straight from work? No problem — we keep shorts on hand for you to change into.therapy is when fluids are administered directly into the bloodstream through a vein. Do I need a referral to be seen?
No referral needed — you can book directly with us. If you’re already working with a physician, surgeon, or physical therapist, we’re glad to coordinate so everyone’s aligned on your plan. Just mention it at your first visit and we’ll take it from there.therapy is when fluids are administered directly into the bloodstream through a vein.
