With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. My specialized focus in Injury Diagnosis and Rehabilitation allows me to not only improve performance but also guide clients safely through recovery and beyond.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of individuals, from everyday clients to athletes, always emphasizing education, proper movement, and sustainable progress. My approach is rooted in science, fueled by passion, and personalized for each client’s unique journey.

In addition to my hands-on work in fitness, I’m also a multi-business owner, bringing the same discipline and drive I apply in the gym to the world of entrepreneurship. Whether I’m training clients, leading workshops, or managing my businesses, my mission remains the same: to empower others through movement and mindset.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and have helped many gain strength and develop movement patterns that help them in and out of the gym. I believe everyone is unique and deserves a personal fitness program!

Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of ages, abilities, and goals. I love to help others progress and live life to the fullest. Fitness is one piece of the puzzle to a healthy life that can often be confusing or intimidating for many people, and I love to help educate and get people moving in the right direction! 

I understand the difficulty of balancing life and making time for yourself, the challenge of pregnancy and bouncing back after child birth, and what effects movement (or the lack of movement) has on our bodies as we progress through life. I love to meet people where they are on their journey and make them feel more comfortable moving out of their comfort zones. I’m on your team and rooting for you to have a long, healthy life! 

I live in Sandwich with my husband and 4 children. While I love a tough workout, I also enjoy spending time with my family, attending church activities, reading, learning, drawing, painting, nature, sunshine, and vacationing.

In-Person Assessment

Meet with a trainer for a full in-person assessment to establish where you are in your fitness journey—and where you want to go. On your free phone call the trainer will let you know what to expect for your in-person assessment.

Personal Training OR Semi-Private Training

Based on your in-person assessment you will work with our expert trainers to decide if Personal Training or Semi-Private Training is your best next step. After that it is time to get stronger and feel confident in your body again!
