Not a one-size-fits-all massage

A day spa can be a great day of relaxation. Here, you still get to relax, but your session is built around what is bothering you and what you want to get back to doing.

We talk about your goals first, customize the work, and adjust it as your body responds, every single session. You should leave feeling like we actually addressed what you came in for.

People usually book us for

  • A stiff neck and shoulders from screens and desks
  • Low back and hip tension
  • Stress that settles into your body
  • Soreness from workouts, sports or a physical job
  • Aches from sitting, driving or standing all day
  • Keeping your progress going between muscle and fascia visits

What happens at your first visit

Most first-timers wonder the same things: what to take off, how to get on the table, and whether they will be covered. Here is how it goes.

1

We talk first

What brought you in, what hurts, and what would make today feel like a success.

2

You get comfortable

We step out. Undress to your comfort level and slide under the top sheet, like getting into bed.

3

You stay covered

We only uncover the area we are working on, like one arm or your upper back.

4

You are in charge

Pressure, temperature, the headrest. Tell us anything, anytime, and we adjust.

5

We talk after, too

What we noticed and what will keep you feeling better until next time.

No judgment, ever. Every body is welcome here, and you are the expert on yours.

Feeling sick? If you have a cold, flu or fever, call or text us before you come in. Massage is not a good idea while you are ill, and we will help you reschedule.

Massage, muscle treatment or physical therapy?

All three are hands-on, and they work well together. Here is how to tell which one fits what you are dealing with.

Book a Massage

Pair it

Warm up in the infrared sauna before your massage. Use massage between muscle and fascia visits to keep your progress moving. Take some of it home with Sore Muscle Balm and RAD rollers from our store. Ask the front desk to book visits back to back.

Our massage therapists will also tell you if something sounds like it needs a closer look from Dr. Eric or Dr. Brittany.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a spa massage?

A spa massage is usually the same routine for everyone. Here, we talk about what is bothering you and what you want to get back to doing, then customize the session and adjust it as your body responds. You can still relax. The difference is that the work is aimed at what you came in for.

Which session length should I book?

Thirty minutes covers one or two specific areas. Sixty minutes works one larger area thoroughly or gives you a full-body session. Ninety minutes works a problem area in depth plus the full body. A 2-hour session with Shawna is for several stubborn areas or a full reset. See Choose your session length above, or call and we will help you pick.

What should I wear, and will I be covered?

Undress to your comfort level. Some people leave their underwear on and some do not, and either is completely fine. You slide under the top sheet like getting into bed, and you stay covered the whole time. We only uncover the area we are working on.

Do you offer prenatal massage?

Yes. Prenatal massage is a 60-minute session with Ashley for $130, the same price as any 60-minute massage.

What if I am feeling sick?

If you have a cold, flu, fever or another active illness, call or text us at 630-999-8665 before you come in. Massage is not a good idea while you are ill, and we will help you reschedule.

Can I still see my chiropractor or physical therapist?

Absolutely. Massage works well alongside chiropractic care, physical therapy and the muscle and fascia work Dr. Eric and Dr. Brittany do here.

Is massage safe if I have an injury or a health condition?

Usually, yes. Tell us about it when you book and again before your session, and we will adapt the work. If something sounds like it needs a closer look, your therapist will point you to Dr. Eric, Dr. Brittany or your own doctor.

How often should I get a massage?

It depends on your goals. Some people come every two weeks or monthly for maintenance, and others come as needed. If you are coming at least once a month, the 6-hour package for $649 brings the hourly price down.

What is your booking/cancellation policy?

We understand life comes with unexpected challenges and changes. We reserve each time slot for one patient and strive to respect your time by running as close to on time as possible.

  • Cancellations with MORE than 24 hours to your appointment: There is no fee for cancellations that occur with advanced notice. To reschedule, call or text our office at 630.999.8665 or visit our scheduling portal.
  • Cancellations with LESS than 24 hours to your appointment: There will be no charge on first occurrence. We understand “life happens” and have built grace into our policy should this occur. However, beyond the first occurrence, canceling with less than 24-hour notice will result in a $30 charge.

This is your time.

Tell us what your body needs today, and we will build the session around it.
